The important thing is to keep the lines of communication open, both inbound and outbound. Essentially, marketing is a conversation – a give and take between you and the marketplace.

  • Do you solicit feedback from customers and strategic partners?
  • Do your employees understand your business mission?
  • Are your messages really addressing the needs of your target audience?
